WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN I MADE MY ORDER?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, it might have ended up in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first. If you still can’t find it, contact our customer service team at luxeeluxury@gmail.com. To avoid this issue in the future, consider adding us to your safe email list.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If you notice a mistake in your order after receiving the confirmation email, please email us at luxeeluxury@gmail.com. If you contact us outside of business hours, leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, and order number (if available), and we will address it as soon as possible.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
At this time, we do not offer custom orders. However, we have a large selection of jewelry to choose from that may suit your needs.
DO YOU OFFER NICKEL-FREE JEWELRY?
We source our jewelry from numerous suppliers globally. While most of our jewelry is nickel-free, we cannot guarantee this for every item unless it is explicitly stated in the product description. Note that some allergic reactions may be caused by cleaning solutions rather than the metal itself. To test a cleanser, dab a small amount on a cotton swab and apply it to a small area of your skin.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SECURE?

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL TIP FOR MAINTAINING THE JEWELRY?
To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend keeping it wrapped in a soft cloth or tissue. Avoid contact with water and perfume, as these can affect the jewelry’s condition.
