Luxee Luxury: Refund and Exchange Policy

At Luxee Luxury, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to exchange an item, please note that exchanges are only available for purchases made within Pakistan.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To Initiate a Return:

Contact us at luxeeluxury@gmail.com to request a return.
Send the item to our Karachi location.
Once we receive the item, we will dispatch a replacement.
If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Defective items can be replaced within 3 days of purchase.
Our rider will collect the defective item and deliver a new one to your doorstep for a fee of 250 PKR (round trip).
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt for damaged items only.
Items must be sent to our Karachi location for exchange. If the item is damaged, the new article will be sent free of charge. For other reasons, a delivery fee of 250 PKR applies.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges: To expedite the process, return the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued as a store coupon of equivalent value, valid for use only on our Online Store. This can be used immediately or at a later date.
Refunds are only available for non-sale items.
