Unlike other sites that have specific rules and strict conditions, Luxee Luxury offers free worldwide shipping on all ordered items, with no minimum order or special exceptions. Free shipping does not mean it will take long. Luxee Luxury know how to ship your items to you quickly, so we strive to process your order quickly.

All of our regular orders normally ship within 3-5 business days. However, it may take up to 5 business days for your item to ship.

We strive to minimize turnaround time, even with bespoke products, and generally ship bespoke products in 2-3 weeks.

For your safety, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses. In addition, a signature is required for item delivery.

After submitting the order and providing the tracking number, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. In case the order is on hold by the carrier for any reason or the carrier tries to deliver the order when the consumer is not at home, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the carrier. We recommend that you contact the post office as soon as you receive the tracking number. After several unsuccessful delivery attempts to the address provided, the courier service may destroy the package and we are not responsible in this case.
