Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Payment Methods:

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit, Credit, and Visa MasterCard payments within Pakistan.

2. Order Confirmation:

You can confirm your order by reaching out to us via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.

3. International Orders:

Delivery time for international orders is a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided by email once orders are completed and shipped.

4. Complaints, Suggestions, and Queries:

For any complaints, suggestions, or queries, please contact us via our Facebook page, email, or phone.

5. Delivery Routes:

Our drivers follow routes rather than specific times, so please cooperate accordingly.

6. Damages or Errors:

If you find any damage, error, or discrepancy with your order, Luxee Luxury is responsible for exchanging the product. The customer must resend the package to our address for this process.

7. Exchange Shipping Charges:

Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., size or design of bracelets) must pay 300 PKR for shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellations/Changes:

Orders can be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placement. After this period, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.

9. Address Accuracy:

Ensure that your address is complete and accurate, including house number, block number, and a nearby landmark. Incomplete addresses will result in order cancellation.

10. Sale and Liquidation Items:

Sale or liquidation items are not eligible for modifications or refunds.
